Tropical green smoothie


Smoothies🥡 are generally a go to breakfast of many people. This green smoothie is my favourite version. This drink is packed with fibre and antioxidants, keeps u fill.

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

1 green apple
1 Guava
1 cup coconut water
A bunch of spinach



METHOD

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mash it.
2. U can refrigerate it for 20 mins
3. Enjoy your breakfast😋

TOPPINGS

Flax seeds
Sliced berries ( of your choice )

U can also replave guava with mango or pineapple 😋
