INGREDIENTS
🍎 1 Cup Coconut shredded
🍎 1/4 cup almonds (soaked)
🍎 1/2 cup Dates
🍎 1 Apple (shredded)
🍎 1 tbsp Red wine (optional)
TOPPINGS
🥥 Shredded coconut
🥜 Poppy seeds
METHOD
1. Peel the skin of the apple and shredd it.
2. Place all the ingredients in your blender. And, blend until you get a mouldable consistency.
3. Shape this mixture into small balls.
4. Roll the balls on your favorite toppings.
5. Keep these balls in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
