CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 ripe banana
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp powered jaggery
A pinch of rock salt
METHOD
1. Add the coconut milk, banana, jaggery and rock salt to the blender and mash it.
2. Add chia seeds to miss mixture and rest it for 2 hours or u can store it in the refrigerator overnight for a jelly like consistency
3. Add dressing according to your taste.
4. Enjoy your pudding
