GRANOLA BAR
INGREDIENTS
I cup oats
15 almonds
1 banana
5 dates
3 tbsp flaxseeds
1/4 tbsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder
METHOD
* Dry roast the oats in a pan for a while
* Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend it coarsely
* Transfer it to a tray and press it firmly. Add toppings to Ur taste and put it in a freezer for an hour. Cut into shapes and serve it😋

Coconut flakes
Dried fruits/berries
Have a healthy snack🍪
( U can make ur own nutritional bars of ur taste)
For added richness I have added a homemade walnut date spread🍩
