Why can't u make a nutritional healthy homemade spread??? instead of having those preserved jams, spreads...Still it takes only a few minute to make it by urself
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Dates deseeded
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1/4 Cup Grape Wine or grape Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of Salt
METHOD
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend it.
Refrigerate until ready to use
Enjoy!
( CACAO POWDER IS DIFFERENT FROM COCOA POWDER)
