• Left over cooked rice/ millet 1 cup
• Water 1/4 cup
• Buttermilk/ yoghurt 1/4 cup
• Small onions 4 ( roughly chopped )
• Green chillies 1 chopped
• Salt
METHOD
1.Soak the left over rice in a CLAY POT in immersing level of water overnight.
2. The next morning add buttermilk
3. Smash it up with the laddle
