AHIMSA FACTS
Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
INGREDIENTS
serves 1
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1tbsp Coconut yogurt
• 2 tbsp maple syrup/ agave syrup ( since vegans won't consume honey )
• 5 tbsp chia seeds
METHOD
* Combine all the ingredients in a jar
* Store the jar in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours), during this time the liquid will be absorbed and the pudding will form a jelly-like consistency.
* Dress up with ur favourite toppings and serve it. Enjoy 🍧😋
