SPICY OATS PANCAKE

          🌺    Oats are a good source of unique type of fibre called BETA-GLUCAN. Beta-glucans are used as medicines for HIGH CHOLESTROL, DIABETES, CANCER, HIV/AIDS.
          🌺    Oats contain a high amounts of many vitamins and minerals, such as MANGANESE, PHOSPHOROUS, COPPER, B-VITAMINS, IRON, SELENIUM, MAGNESIUM and ZINC.

INGREDIENTS

    SERVES 1

     Oats - 1 cup
     Water/buttermilk - 1/2 cup
     Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
     Chopped Green chillies - 2
     Powdered Pepper - 1 tbsp
     Chopped onions - 1 (optional )
     Chopped Corriander/ Parsley / cilantro - 1/4 cup
     Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
     Salt


DIRECTIONS

1. Roast the oats in a pan for 2 mins. Then, add it your blender and powder it.
2. Add the powdered oats to a bowl.
3. Then, add all the ingredients and stir it.
4. Your pancake batter is ready.
5. Heat the pan, once hot, pour your batter in small rounds.


6. Add some butter/ghee if needed.
7. Flip it of and roast it on other side.

        Your spicy and nutritional pancake is ready.
